Composite Glazing Panels
We manufacture composite glazing and fireproof cladding panels to client specifications. These range from flush-edged panels to stepped-edge top hat style trays for curtain walling.
To ensure rigidity and strength we use structural adhesives. A big choice of panel facings and insulation is available and fast lead times apply to all options thanks to our integrated facilities for fabrication, powder coating and lamination.
Panel sizes: Up to 4000 mm x 1500 mm
Facings: Aluminium, Plastisol, anodised aluminium, stainless steel,
GRP/FRP, Trespa/Resoplan, PVF2, Stelvatite, Stoneflex, galvanised steel, Lamina External
Dual colours: Available for all panels
Polyester colours for aluminium: RAL, BS, Syntha Pulvin, Pantone
Typical insulations: Styrofoam, Kingspan, Celotex, Rockwool

Security Glazing Panels
In areas where vandalism is a problem or where better security is needed, we supply glass replacement or new glaze security panels. These consist of a polyester powder coated aluminium sheet laminated to both sides of external quality plywood.
The powder coating carries a 25-year guarantee and is available in a vast range of colours. Panels can be ordered oversize and then cut on site to suit. They can also be machine routed for letterbox openings.
Thanks to our integrated facilities for fabrication, powder coating and lamination, lead times are extremely fast.

Document L: If required, a U-value of 1.50 can be achieved by introducing Styrofoam as a central core with plywood laminated to both sides. Double glazing thickness only.
